He holds the title of graduate engineer from ISEN. After a commercial and management career within the IBM Group, he launched Axone, the first French value-added networks and outsourcing business, later to be acquired by IBM. As a managing Director of IBM France, he led the strategic reorientation towards services resulting in the birth of IBM Global Services. In 2001, he took over the management of \u201cCS Communications et Syst\u00e8mes\u201d. Since 2005, he advises major corporate groups and multinationals in their digital transformation. Mr. Jousset also served as a Chairman of the Insurance business of the Malakoff-M\u00e9d\u00e9ric Group and as Deputy Mayor in charge of Finance in the town of Bi\u00e8vres (Essonne).
