ADICODE

Educational, research and expertise activities on the co-development of innovations, codesign and innovation management, carried out by Yncréa Hauts-de-France are grouped together in a global scheme, promoted around a Common brand: ADICODE® (Innovation Workshops and CODEsign).

Yncréa Hauts-de-France mobilizes this know-how to train students and professionals to lead innovative projects in codesign and to create innovative products and concepts for companies. A research activity on the theme “codesign and collective intelligence” completes this system. The pedagogical dimension has been labeled IDEFI (initiatives of excellence in innovative training) within the framework of the Program of the investments of the future (PIA) in 2012.

ADICODE® combines a transdisciplinary approach, a user-centric approach, the use of rapid prototyping, creativity and collective intelligence.

This is followed by the creation of innovative teaching modules, new practices and new tools. This is translated into project pedagogy for innovative projects in codesign, which take place in reinvented educational venues, with a third-party logic (fab lab, coworking, codesign center) covering more than 2000 m2.

The initiative has already resulted in a partnership with HEC Montréal, in the form of the integration into the network of schools of creativity and innovation Mosaic – HEC Montréal.
